The AL’MA Home Flower Village project in Mayotte stands as a testament to the commitment towards sustainable urban development. With 240 homes designed to leverage AI and digital tools, the project seeks to address pressing challenges in the housing value chain, focusing on affordability and environmental sustainability.

By harnessing AI solutions and low-carbon building systems like prefabricated wood, compressed earth bricks, and low-carbon concrete, the initiative aligns with the European Union’s target of achieving zero-emission new buildings by 2030.

Pioneering Data Interoperability

One of the critical obstacles in the construction industry is data interoperability, a challenge that SingularityNET aims to overcome with its Knowledge Layer for Smart Buildings. By implementing a Metagraph framework, the project enables intelligent querying and analysis of building information, streamlining processes and enhancing data transparency.
